About Us
My name is Ian Nightingale, owner of Nightingale Automotive. We are a privately owned business that services the South East suburbs of Melbourne and a bit beyond.
My dream was always to start a mechanic shop that was honest and transparent with it's customers. Not just fixing your car but also educating you on why a particular problem needs fixing and giving you all your options.
A mechanic shop that doesn't require you to "take my word on it" but allowing a fully qualified mechanic to talk you through the process, why the problem needs correcting or alternatives if they are available.
